Concurrent with the installation of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, we prepare administrative staff and various types of users, both CAD and non-CAD, through multi-day training sessions. These user training sessions also serve to capture and document design department rules and processes, which are then transformed into business rules and logic within the platform. Throughout the migration process, we work diligently in the background to ensure that the system functions flawlessly, especially when dealing with large batches of imported CAD/non-CAD data.
In the weeks and months that follow, we work with business owners through additional meetings to plan, test, and validate the implementation of additional systems and modules of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. This incremental approach is designed to encompass an expanding range of the company’s business processes within the PLM platform.
